Returns and Exchanges
1. Returns and Initial Defects
We accept returns and issue refunds only if the product has an initial defect or a major flaw not noted in the product description. *Initial defect refers to a malfunction that impacts normal functionality, such as being unable to take photos.
[Eligible Period] Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and return it to us via cash-on-delivery (at our expense). Please note that any notifications received from the 8th day onwards, or any malfunctions/damages occurring after use, are not covered by our return and warranty policy.
*Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (e.g., if the item looks different from what you expected, or if you placed an order by mistake).
2. Items Not Covered by Warranty
The return and warranty policy does not apply in the following cases, even within the eligible period:

Items sold "as-is" or rated as Rank D (Junk items).

Defects clearly stated in the product description, or cosmetic/internal flaws that do not affect practical use (such as minor scratches, dents, dust, mold/fungus, or stains).

If the original condition at the time of purchase has not been maintained (e.g., if the item has been disassembled or repaired).

Malfunctions or damages caused by mud, sand, water exposure, dropping, impact, or improper storage after purchase.

Issues arising from the inherent technical specifications or operational characteristics of the product.

Malfunctions or damages caused by the user's intentional acts or gross negligence.

Replacement costs for consumables that require regular replacement with continuous use, such as batteries.

Defect or issues regarding accessories other than the main item (e.g., bonus filters, cases, etc.).
