Return & Warranty Policy (返品・保証について)

1. Returns & Initial Defects

If the item has an initial defect or a major flaw not listed in the condition description, we will accept a return and issue a full refund.

*Initial defect refers to a malfunction that affects the normal functions of the product, preventing it from shooting properly.

Please contact us within 7 days of the item's arrival and return the item to us (via cash on delivery / shipping paid by us). Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide warranties for any inquiries made on or after the 8th day following arrival, or for malfunctions/damages that occur after the item has been used.

*Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons (e.g., "item was different from what I imagined," "ordered by mistake," etc.).

2. Items Excluded from Warranty

The following cases are not covered by the warranty, even within the 7-day eligible period:

  • Items sold "As-Is" or rated as Rank D (Junk items).
  • Defects explicitly stated in the listing description, as well as cosmetic scratches, dents, dust, mold, or dirt on the exterior or interior that do not affect practical use.
  • Items that do not maintain the same condition as when purchased (e.g., if disassembly or independent repair has been attempted).
  • Malfunctions or damages caused by mud, sand, water exposure, dropping, impact, or improper storage after purchase.
  • Issues resulting from the natural operational characteristics or specifications of the product.
  • Malfunctions or damages caused by the user's intentional act or gross negligence.
  • Replacement costs for consumables, such as batteries, which require periodic replacement with continuous use.
  • Defects relating to accessories other than the main unit (e.g., included filters, cases, etc.).

[Please Note] Our store assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from product malfunctions.

3. About "As-Is" and Junk Items

Please note that items listed as "As-Is" or "Junk" are strictly non-returnable and are completely excluded from any warranty period.
