1. Returns
・Returns due to reasons attributable to our shop
If the product has an initial defect or a defect not stated in the condition description, we will issue a refund or exchange the product.
*Initial defects refer to malfunctions that affect normal functionality.
Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival and return the product (cash on delivery).
・Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
2. Products not covered by warranty
<The warranty does not apply in the following cases.>
・As-is products, Rank D (junk products)
・Malfunctions stated at the time of listing, or scratches, dents, dust, mold, dirt, etc. found on the exterior or interior of the main unit that do not pose a problem for use.
・If the product's condition at the time of purchase is not maintained
・If a breakdown or damage occurs due to mud, sand, water exposure, drops, impact, or improper storage after use
・Problems arising from the operational characteristics of the product's specifications
・Breakdowns or damage due to the user's willful act or gross negligence
・Replacement costs for consumables such as batteries that need to be replaced regularly with continuous use
・Defects related to accessories other than the main unit

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by product defects.
3. Warranty period
If the product is damaged or has an initial defect, please contact us within 30 days of arrival. Please note that after 8 days from arrival, we cannot provide a warranty after use.
As-is products and junk products are not covered by the warranty.
